My passion is to help each of you learn more about how your body works and how it can heal itself with a little work. I truly believe that everyone is unique and should be approached individually. That is why I strive each day to learn as much detail about every person who walks through my doors.

In 2012 I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training from Fresno State University and in 2014 I earned my Master’s Degree in Exercise Science from Wichita State University. Over the past 10 years, I have gained experience by treating youth to high school sports, USA Wrestling, Varsity Brands, Division 1 Athletics and Industrial athletes overcome injuries through education, rehabilitation and various manual therapy techniques. I like to partner with my clients so that we are always focusing on their goals each time they come in.

When I am not serving others you can find me on some adventure with my husband and daughter or working out in the gym.

Hi, my name is Bri, and I am a sports recovery and certified strength and conditioning specialist for York Orthopedic Recovery. I am dedicated to helping each individual achieve their goals with an individualized approach. My primary goal is to listen, learn, and educate about the issue at hand and provide insightful information on how to ensure you can live a healthier, stronger lifestyle.

In 2021, I earned my master’s degree in Sports Science and Rehabilitation from Logan University, following my 2015 bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from Texas Southern University. Outside of my professional life, you can find me outdoors with my mastiff and husband. I love activities such as dirt biking on forest trails and engaging in other action sports.

Hannah Watson

CMT, Massage Therapist

Hi, my name is Hannah Watson, I graduated from National Holistic Institute for massage therapy, in 2024. Currently, I am continuing my education at NHI with a focus in neuromuscular massage. Before entering massage school I pursued two associates degrees, one in psychology and the other in photography at Modesto Junior College.

Being a massage therapist has taught me how we exist in the world and how that has consequences on our posture and that I can help people overcome that problem. My style of technique is to combine the work of soft tissue with the patients’ symptoms and pathologies to help them become pain free. I welcome each human, to expand my experience and grow with them. I strongly believe that true healing comes when working together to create a unique plan designed to each client’s unique life. My specialties are trigger point therapy, myo-fascial release, deep tissue, and neuromuscular therapy. I am very passionate about helping people who are struggling with pain in their everyday life. If you are living with thoracic outlet compressions syndrome, headaches, or need help you find the root cause of your pain you’ve found the right place.

A few personal things about myself: I love going on hikes with my family, especially to the redwoods. Lastly, I love to garden and work with nature in its many forms! “Your body talks & my hands listen.”
